Becker’s has a 30 day unconditional return policy on any item purchased from the store with proper receipt and in original condition. Items that are sized or altered become non- refundable. Special order merchandise is non-refundable or cancelable and therefore considered a final sale. Special order items that are undelivered or canceled by customer will result in a in-store credit or forfeit of your deposit.
Engagement Ring purchases have a 30 day unconditional return policy on all in stock diamonds and mountings.
Special ordered mountings may not be returned or exchanged. A merchandise credit will be issued if approved by a manager.
Becker's offers a one year guarantee all merchandise purchased for one year from original purchase date against defects in material or workmanship. Warrantee covers gemstone replacement provided the item has not been damaged by accident impact. This guarantee excludes all diamond engagement rings.
Every Becker's diamond engagement ring comes with a lifetime warrantee against loss of the center diamond, provided the customer has complied with the four times a year cleaning and inspection policy. The warrantee folder must be presented with documented cleaning the inspection records. Becker's Liability limit is $5000.00.
Becker's guarantees original price paid when you wish to trade up your Becker's diamond engagement ring, diamond band, stud earrings, tennis bracelet, or diamond pendant. The price of the new item must be at least twice the original price less sales tax, which is not recoverable beyond 30 days of original purchase as per Connecticut State Law.
In order to obtain the full value of your trade, the condition of the article must be examined by one of our appraisers. An adjustment in value will take place if there is any damage to the diamonds, or excessive wear to the settings.
Becker’s Diamonds and Fine Jewelry reserves the right to decline any purchase due to typographical errors in price or content. Certain items may be discontinued, sold out or in limited quantities.
