SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Please contact us regarding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, customerservice@beckers.com.

Please inspect your package and all its contents upon receipt. Please check everything carefully, as all claims for shortages or damages MUST be made within 5 days after your order has been received. RETURN POLICY

Becker’s strives to give customers a Make It Perfect experience. We confidently stand behind every item we sell. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items purchased through Beckers.com as in our store locations. If in any way you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it.

All returns are inspected by a Customer Service Representative upon receipt. A notification email will be sent to you by Becker’s regarding the status of your refund.

Refunds are issued to the credit card from the original purchase. Only the original purchase price including sales tax, if applicable, will be refunded. All shipping costs are non-refundable. A credit will appear on your credit card bill within the time frame set forth by your card issuer.

TO MAKE A RETURN

New, unused, and undamaged merchandise purchased from Beckers.com that has not been altered, sized, custom made, or specially ordered may be returned for a refund or exchange. For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition along with its original packaging.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and if applicable, the appraisal and diamond certificate.

 

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned merchandise package.

An RA# must be obtained from our Customer Service Department,customerservice@beckers.com

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ship merchandise with a prepaid label and insured for the full purchase price to protect against loss in transit.

We recommend that you ship via an established and trackable carrier, such as FedEx.
