Becker's sponsors the Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center's annual Summer Gala, an elegant evening of great food and drink, music and dancing, and both silent and live auctions under the great tent on the lawn of the Kate. This year's Gala honors Oscar winning actress Glenn Close. The evening starts at 7:00 PM and both the silent and live auction will feature beautiful jewelry donated by Becker's!
Sunday, 8/27
Becker's sponsors the Goodspeed Musicals Annual Summer Gala at the Goodspeed Opera House in East Haddam. The day starts at 3:00 PM with cocktails and a summer supper at the Riverhouse Restaurant, followed by a special presentation of Oklahoma! at the Goodspeed.
The centerpiece of the day will be Becker’s “Mystery Red Box” event, where guests can buy tickets to win great prizes inside the boxes: 99 of the boxes will contain a $25 Becker’s Gift Card and one lucky box will contain a diamond bracelet with a retail value of $5,795!

Becker’s of Old Saybrook participates in the Shoreline Chef’s “Dine Around” with the provision of great prizes for the silent auction. The event features food tastings prepared by chefs from the local area. 3:00-6:00 PM at the Water’s Edge Resort and Spa in Westbrook.
Friday, 9/29
Becker’s participates in the 2017 “Dancing for Diapers” event to support Bare Necessities, the only recognized diaper bank on the CT shoreline providing low income families with diapers. The event is at the Clinton Country Club from 6:30 to 10:00 PM. The evening’s silent auction will feature a beautiful diamond and emerald pendant with a retail value of $525 donated by Becker’s of Old Saybrook.

Becker’s is one of the tee sponsors at the 4th Annual Old Saybrook Chamber Golf Tournament at the Lake of Isles South Course in Stonington, CT.
Tuesday, 10/3
Two pieces of jewelry donated by Becker’s of Old Saybrook, a diamond and tanzanite pendant and an Akoya Cultured Pearl bracelet, will be featured at the silent auction at the Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center’s “goPINK” party at Baci Grill in Cromwell. The party kicks off Breast Cancer Awareness Month and helps raise funds for Middlesex Hospital’s efforts in helping women who face breast cancer.

Becker’s sponsors the Connecticut River Museum’s Fall Ball with another Mystery Red Box event. The Fall Ball is an elegant Black Tie evening under a giant tent on the ground of the museum with cocktails, dinner, dancing and a live auction featuring an amazing piece of jewelry valued at $5,000 donated by Becker’s of Old Saybrook.
